Abused and abandoned cats and dogs need a home

"They dream of a better world; let’s give them one."

Hi I am Apple, a solo pet rescuer from the Philippines. I started saving kittens in 2017 and dogs in 2019. I am currently housing 45 cats and 15 dogs as of writing. We are in dire need of our permanent home which I currently cannot provide for these pets for now. I am already struggling with their everyday meals and expenses and cannot afford more than these. We do not have a sponsor or anyone helping us. The everyday expenses are from my own pocket. I already tried rehoming them but cannot find suitable adopters. Unfortunately, we need to move out. We are living in my grandma's house at the moment but always on tiptoe due to everyday innuendo from different relatives because unfortunately, they do not like pets. 32 out of the 45 cats are kittens I picked up from the streets. I personally bottle-fed them so they can live. Most of them are fixed already. Below is the video link of my cats and 3 dogs in our current home. These dogs were kept at the back of the house but can barely run due to the space and are not safe during heavy rains.

Our current home- This is actually our 3rd house already, since we do not have a permanent place, we need to move out often when the owner suddenly decided that they will use the house we are in.

My other dogs are in the vacant lot of a relative while 5 male dogs are roaming freely outside the vacant lot. I currently can't mix them 'coz only 2 dogs were fixed. Most of these dogs are strays I saved from the street. I am always worried for all the dogs 'coz they do not have a safe place especially when it is raining they are always cold and wet..I am always trying to keep them from rain but they are always afraid when other people come and go so they run away even if it's raining and just hid under the vehicles outside. It's July 31 already here and it's been 2 weeks of non-stop rain. I have posted then asking help for at least an outdoor dog houses but we receive nothing so I made them a makeshift shade but did not last long because of the non-stop rain.

Here are my 5 free roaming male dogs

You can check out our socmed accounts under the name Caddie and the gang. We have facebook, instagram, tiktok, twitter and youtube. I expected to earn from these socmeds so we can have our own space but the universe and luck are playing with me since 2021.. Me and my pets need your help. The vacant lot with the dogs is now for sale and I will be forever grateful if people could help me purchase it for my dogs. The 200 sq.m. vacant lot (link below) costs $21,700 while the vacant house (link below) costs $9,200. The rest of the money will be used for the dog houses, fences, home ceiling/repairs, spaying/neutering of the remaining unfixed cats and dogs and for the TNR of the stray cats that I am feeding outside. Can you please help me raise money? I can't give them up. They are my family. I will be posting a youtube video of our permanent home journey once this fundraising becomes successful. Thank you so much!

Vacant Lot for sale

Vacant House for sale

July 31-

I am asking urgent help for us to purchase the vacant house so we can move in immediately. It just need some fences and some cat room fixing. The dogs will be safer here from rain and just needs some divisions until everyone is fixed. I already asked the owner if I can rent-to-own it or pay it installment but unfortunately they want it in cash.

You can donate via GOGETFUNDING or directly to PAYPAL. I will document everything on our youtube channel. You can also help us by watching and subscribing there. Thank you.

How I got Caddie home

how i got my very first cat and my emotional support cat named Caddie

You won't believe the adventure I had while bringing my first cat, Caddie, home from Manila! It all started when I found out about this adorable kitten from a breeder in Manila. I instantly fell in love with Caddie's big eyes and knew I had to bring him home.

That was December of 2016, I was applying for a Korean Visa because me and my friend successfully purchased tickets for BTS The Wings Tour in Korea! After successfully applying for my visa, I made my way to pick up Caddie with my other friend. We were so excited to bring Caddie home that we could hardly contain ourselves.

But let me tell you, it wasn't all smooth sailing. The moment we reached the bus station to head back home, the bus drivers refused to let Caddie on board. They insisted on putting him in the compartment, which I knew would be way too hot and uncomfortable for him. No way I was gonna let that happen!

Feeling a bit down but determined, my friend and I decided to cut our trip short and rent a taxi to Pampanga, which was an hour away from Manila. We thought we might have better luck finding a bus there that would let Caddie come on board with us.

But boy, were we in for a ride! In Pampanga, about 1.5 hours away from home, it was getting late, and we were struggling to find a bus. It felt like we were hitting one roadblock after another. We tried other forms of transportation, waited for what seemed like forever, but no luck.

At that point, we were both exhausted, and Caddie needed some extra love and care. It was heartwarming to see how he remained calm and seemingly unbothered throughout the entire ordeal. But we couldn't give up on bringing him home safely.

Finally, after some ups and downs, a kind truck driver came to our rescue! He agreed to drop us off about 45 minutes away from home, and we were so grateful for his help. We hopped back into a jeepney, hoping we were finally on the right track.

Even though it was a long and tiring journey, I made sure to keep Caddie entertained and comfortable. Playing with him and talking to him seemed to make both of us feel better, and it kept our spirits high.

When we finally arrived in our hometown, we were beyond relieved! The 2.5-hour ride turned into a crazy 7-hour adventure, but we did it! Caddie was finally home, and I couldn't have been happier.

From that day on, Caddie became my little buddy, following me around and bringing so much joy into my life. And despite the long and challenging journey, I wouldn't have it any other way. The bond we formed during that crazy trip is something I'll cherish forever.

So yeah, that's how I got Caddie home, and he's been my purr-fect buddy ever since!
